    2. PANORAMIC TOUR OF ATHENS Athens emerges from a world atlas by way of a special effect. It is followed by an excellent panoramic view of the Athens area. The camera lens and the text focus on Ymittos, Penteli, Parnitha and Aigaleo. (ATHENS)
    3. THE ACROPOLIS AND ITS MONUMENTS We then see Lykabettus and the Acropolis. The shots of Acropolis outnumber those of Lycabettus and the text is exceptionally detailed. The filming is meant to serve as an archaeological tour of the basic monuments on the hill. The Parthenon, Erechtheum, Wingless Victory, Propylaia, Theatre of Dionysos, Odeon of Herod Atticus.     5. THE FILM ENDS WITH AREOPAGUS Reference is made to two caves located at the north-west side of the Acropolis. The film ends with Areopagus (Rock of Mars). This is where Orestis was acquitted and St. Paul preached the religion of Christianity. The narrator reads out St. Paul's speech in the original so as to stress the continuity that exists from antiquity to the teachings of Jesus. (ATHENS - AREOPAGUS)
